Joolee
Joolee began her yoga journey in 2006 in Antarctica when she attended a weekly class for a few months. At the time, she was of the mindset that you had to do something like running or yoga every day in order for it to make a difference. When the season ended, she stopped doing yoga, and as the creakiness set in, she realized just how much that one weekly class had helped her entire being. She was a convert! Since 2011 she has been teaching Restorative, Acro, AcroFit, Sampoorna, Vinyasa, and Five Elements classes, from Antarctica to Puerto Rico to Alaska and Pennsylvania. Additionally, as an LMT, she specializes in Thai massage and believes that sprinkling a little healing touch around (for those who opt-in) can be grounding and glorious!

Life can be beautifully hectic. Restorative yoga is here to help balance out that energy.

Stephanie has choreographed many cirque shows for the past fifteen years and performed for various audiences and venues. Modern hoop dance has been her primary performance art, which has led to expertise in fire dance, stilt dance, and acrobatics. She has learned from many amazing circus and performance artists throughout the world and has developed her own unique style. And, in addition to this skill set she is a highly capable NASM certified personal trainer.
Stephanie, originally from Long Island, NY, was drawn westward by her family roots in Oregon and Montana. She finds inspiration in nature, which sparked her academic journey in physics and astronomy, leading to a Master's degree from The University of Arizona.
