[slide name=”How do I cancel my membership?”]We hope that you are able to stay with us and encourage you to see if you qualify for one of our many discounts that might enable you stay a member of the Bay Club.
If you still need to cancel your membership and have already met your required agreement time (Option 1: 1 year, Option 2: 90 days, Option 3: 30 days), please come into the Bay Club to sign a cancellation form. This must be done in person; memberships cannot be cancelled over the phone or through email.
If you are still within your 1 year membership period, call the front desk at (907) 235-2582 and we may be able to arrange a temporary account freeze for you.[/slide]
